Mindfulness of Music uses Mindfulness as a base, mainly integrating tools from music and also from Psychology.

The workshops offered use content from Jon Kabat-Zinn's MBSR Program. This is a world-renowned program, which was included in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, with the purpose of helping patients reduce stress taking into account their medical situation. Since that moment its use has been developed in various places, helping people to learn exercises, habits and behaviors that give them the possibility of develop a different response to stress and obtain a feeling of harmony.
